This new-build home is designed with a modern architectural touch and open-plan living, creating a spacious and fluid interior experience. While embracing openness, the design also focuses on delivering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, balancing scale with warmth.

One common challenge in double-storey homes is the lack of sufficient wardrobe space. To address this, a hotel-style wardrobe system is introduced—combining open and closed storage to maximize functionality while maintaining a clean, organized appearance. This approach allows daily-access items to remain visible and convenient, while closed sections keep the space visually calm.

The result is a thoughtfully designed home where modern living meets practical solutions—open yet intimate, stylish yet highly functional.

This project transforms the staircase into a multifunctional design feature, where circulation, storage, and aesthetics are seamlessly integrated. Beyond its primary function, the staircase is carefully designed to incorporate built-in storage, maximizing space efficiency without compromising visual clarity.

With clean lines and thoughtful detailing, the staircase becomes a central statement within the interior—anchoring the overall design language while maintaining practicality. The integration of storage allows the surrounding spaces to remain uncluttered, reinforcing a calm and organized environment.

The result is a refined interior solution where form and function work together, turning an everyday architectural element into a defining design feature

Loose furniture plays a vital role in interior design, shaping how a space is experienced, used, and lived in. Beyond fixed elements, these pieces introduce flexibility, personality, and comfort, allowing interiors to adapt to different lifestyles and daily needs.

In our approach, loose furniture is not an afterthought but an essential design layer, completing the interior and bringing warmth, movement, and life into the space.

Outdoor design is an essential part of lifestyle, especially in a landed house where the connection between interior and exterior living defines everyday experience. A well-designed outdoor space is not only meant to be used, but also to be seen and enjoyed from within.

By carefully planning views, greenery, and spatial relationships, the outdoor environment becomes a visual extension of the interior. Natural light, openness, and framed landscapes enhance comfort, relaxation, and a sense of calm throughout the home.

The true benefit of a landed house lies in this seamless connection—where indoor living is enriched by outdoor scenery, and design supports a lifestyle that feels open, balanced, and deeply connected to nature.
