CHUBB is a worldwide insurance agency, and we are honored to be selected to design one of its Malaysia branch offices. Located in a 19-floor sub-sale building, the project involves a complete interior refurbishment, reimagining the workplace to support modern working culture.
The client’s vision was to create an open, Google-inspired workspace—one that feels fun, dynamic, and practical, while clearly expressing the brand’s identity through color and spatial language. The design prioritizes openness and flexibility, encouraging collaboration, communication, and daily interaction among teams.
Our approach focuses on shaping a young, contemporary work environment that supports work-life balance. The office is not only a place to work, but also a social and communication hub where people can connect comfortably. Clean lines, organized layouts, and thoughtful zoning ensure the space remains efficient, uncluttered, and easy to maintain.
The result is a refreshed office interior that balances global corporate professionalism with a youthful, human-centered atmosphere—clean, functional, and aligned with Chubb’s forward-looking brand values.
